PASALO MARKET PH — TERMS OF AGREEMENT (v2026-07) By using Pasalo Market PH, you agree to these terms: 1. All transactions — Pasalo transfers, Cash Out (Guaranteed Deal / Escrow), and Withdrawals — are subject to admin validation and anti-fraud checks. 2. Escrow funds are held by Pasalo Market PH and released to the seller only upon buyer confirmation. Misrepresentation or failure to confirm may forfeit your claim. 3. Withdrawals: amounts <= PHP 10,000 are processed via GCash/Maya/Bank within ~24 hours; amounts > PHP 10,000 are processed via Bank Transfer within 1-2 banking days. Rejected requests are automatically refunded to your wallet. 4. You must provide true, accurate information and valid documents. False details, fake documents, or "No-Show" in bidding results in account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds/bond. 5. You authorize Pasalo Market PH to record your transaction details — including username, email, account numbers, documents, screenshots, and proof of payment — for accounting, audit, and dispute resolution purposes. 6. Fees, once a service is rendered, are non-refundable except where explicitly stated. 7. Disputes must be filed within 7 days of the transaction. Pasalo Market PH's decision on disputes is final. 8. Bidding members must meet the minimum balance/membership requirements; winning bidders who fail to complete the transaction forfeit their bond. 9. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Continuing to transact constitutes your binding agreement to these terms.
