LOAN AGREEMENT

TERMS:
The Borrower agrees to pay the monthly amortization on or before the due date. Late payments may incur penalties. The Lender reserves the right to recover the collateral in case of default. The Pasalo Market PH platform acts as a facilitator and is not the direct lender; a 5% commission is charged to the Loan Server.

The Borrower declares that all information and documents submitted are true and correct. Any falsification may result in loan cancellation and legal action.
